Fluttered Lash LLC was born in August 2018 — not just as a business, but as a declaration. A decision to stand fully in my own power, build something of my own, and discover along the way that I had found my passion. I am a self-proclaimed perfectionist who found her peace in the most unexpected place - the slow, intentional, focused art of lash application. It focused art of lash application. It is tedious by nature, and I love it for exactly that reason. It forces me to slow down, be present, and work with precision. Every set I create gets my full attention. Every client in my chair gets my whole focus. + I started doing this for me. I kept doing it for *you.* My ideal client is a woman - and yes, men too - who values themselves unapologetically. You work hard. You know you have to take care of yourself to show up for everything else. You value connection, honesty, integrity, and an environment where you feel safe and seen. You are not looking for just a lash tech. You are looking for someone who gets it. When you leave my chair I want you to feel renewed. Rested. Beautiful. Understood. Like someone actually saw you today. That is what Fluttered Lash is built on. That is what you can expect every single time. --- --- FLUTTERED LASH LLC— BOOKING POLICY *Please read before booking. By securing your appointment, you agree to the following terms.* Deposit All appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot and is applied toward your total service balance. Rescheduling Need to reschedule? No problem. Simply notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will transfer to your new date. We've got you. + Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in an additional 20% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. No-Call, No-Show If you do not show up and do not contact us, your card on file will be automatically charged 20%, and your deposit will be forfeited. Out of respect for every client's time, including yours, this policy is enforced consistently. + Card Processing Fee A 2.6% processing fee is applied to all card transactions through our booking platform. To avoid this fee, Zelle and cash payments are always welcome and appreciated. + Summary A note from me: I value your time, and I ask that you value mine.
